You can use wget to grab it. Check md5 when finished, and burn.
You need to click "add a cdrom" in Synaptic repositories.
Disable your online repositories to use cdrom instead. Look at Shots
In Synaptic preferences, disable "ask confirmation for all action...",
selection will be easier (no window to check).
